Why do recipes not show in search results?
My recipe Hubs include the following warning: there are one or more recipe capsules in this Hub but it will not appear as a recipe in search results. Why the heck not? Aren't we supposed to use the multiple recipe capsules?
When you started to publish your recipe hub did you click on the RECIPE category? You have a choice at this stage, Article, Video or Recipe. If you did not then this is the reason why. I am not sure if you can go back and fix this.
If you did click on RECIPE at this stage then the reason you are getting this message is because you must have the RATINGS capsule included in the recipe hub too. This is easily fixed. Go back to the hub and into edit. Add the ratings capsule.i
I noticed if you do not fill in the ratings capsule you get that message. But the recipe I looked at of yours seems to have that done.
Whatever, the ratings capsule is the key to getting it to show up in search results.
