Have you ever made it to a hubber score of 100?

If you have made it there, can you give us non 100 hub scorer's some much needed tips to finally tip the scale, and make it there. It's surely a tough thing to accomplish, but with such assistance it might help get us over the hump.

i make it to 100 about 1-2 times a month and was there just Monday. I always end up answering several questions for two or three days beforehand. Five or six a day will usually do it. I really don't worry about it, although it is a big thrill the first couple of times. Hope you make it soon. Good luck.

Doing some hub hopping also helps.

Thanks Becky for the cool answer, I have been slacking a bit with my answering and asking of questions and so I will try that, as well as more hub hopping for sure, let hope it does the trick.

The highest I've been so far is 96 and immediately prior to getting there I lost a follower and had cruddy search engine traffic... if that's what it takes to raise my hubber score then I'm not so sure I want a score of 100!  LOL!

So far I have reached 97 a couple of times but the elusive 100 is still out there and will remain a goal. I suspect it will be easier to maintain 97 than it will be to settle in at 100.

I'm just going to slow down pumping these hubs out to see if other hubtivity actions can help me make it there, I at least wanna say I made it there just once, you know. So I'm there with you on wanting to achieve it, it would be cool.

As one who has made it, we just sit there watching and waiting for it to drop. It does not stay there. lol

I'm at 100 right now... not sure why, as I haven't been doing anything particularly different, but I'm not gonna argue with it either.

I have hit 100 a few times before, but can't say I can figure out what it was that got me there.  But I never managed to stay longer than one or two days.

I've been up there at one point, for like less than a day. Now my score won't go above 65 no matter how much I write, answer questions, comment on other hubs. It went from a 95 to 60 in one day and it's been like that for about a month now. Would be nice to get back up into the 90s again!

For some reason it seems like you can get dinged for too much activity, or perhaps too much of a certain activity.  Not sure why this is but I've noticed that my score sometimes ticks up on days when I haven't done much of anything at all.

Jenn-Anne, I experience the same thing, too.

I'm pretty active when it comes to the community and as far as writing, I've been doing that maybe once or twice a week. I try to do it more, just can't think of anything to write most of the time. My score is down to 58 now, it was 64 yesterday hmm

I get the sense that the score ticks up when I do a variety of community things just a little bit, and then drops when I do too much of one kind.

I think you are definitely doing something that the system thinks is wrong for your score to drop from 95 to 60.  For me, once I got to above 90, it stays there, and fluctuates only by a few points.

I looked at your hubs, and it may be due to how your making them, amount of words in ratio to image content levels, and product links as well. I'm not to sure about this, but try to use more images, maybe work on the hubs visual appearance a bit.

Yes, it went up to 100 once for part of a day. My husband had the presence of mind to capture a picture of it, because it does seem so elussive. Hard to tell what I did that made it happen. I'll share it here with you. smile

Nice Ms Dee, I can't wait to get a screen shot of mine if it ever does occur, but who knows right! Thanks for the cool answer.

I've been at 100 twice and as far as I know nothing was different.  But why care about your Hubber score?  It doesn't really mean much of anything.

Why is it important to everyone?  What am I missing?

Its just something cool to say that we have achieved to some of us, and to others it means a huge thing, its to each ones own I guess. Nice answer!

A few times, but I have no tips either. It is a mystery..... and if everyone knew, everyone would be there, wouldn't they? And yes, It doesn't have anything to do with earnings-- maybe just a little ego nudge.
Oh, one thing it does seem to do, is  to bring on more followers--  who think it means something.

4 or 5 times. Usually I was active on site and  had a few good hub scores. The real reason is a mystery. Hope you make it soon. Just keep writing good content and following the rules. The learning center tells you how hubscore in general is computed.

Thanks for the sound advise Brake12, I will try to read up on the learning center definition again, I did read it once, but may have forgotten certain things, or may have not been experienced enough to fully comprehend it all, back then.

I Finally reached that 100 Hubber Score!  Whoo Hoo!  Now what?  What is the secret recipe to recreating & holding onto that coveted position?  By the time anyone reads this comment, I'm sure my 100 will be long gone.  I do not understand how I arrived there as when I view my stats I see Bright Blue Arrows pointing Downward which would make one think that my Hubber Score is Bloody & Dying!  LOL  I began writing here at HP about 9 mos ago but was only here for approx 2 mos before life took me away.  I came back a few weeks ago, have added a few new hubs (only 11 in total from start) that most people don't care to read; certainly don't take the second to vote up or down or comment on if they do read them but somehow that 100 mark appeared.  Huh....?  If I'm soo damn smart & deserving of a score at 100, why, at the rate I'm going, will I not reach payout for years!?  None of it makes a licka sense to me but for some reason, seeing that number feels sooo good!  Just like that A+ instead of the A- from my school days.  Yes, I'm sure it will be short-lived but I of course, had to take a screen shot for the memory.    smile
