Why do the scores on my Hubs rise and fall over time?
I think I see why the scores go up, but once they've gone up why do they drop, go up again, continue to fluctuate, etc? Thanks!

Obviously there is no traffic since it is not published. And is it beneficial to let them sit and hibernate until their numbers are really up before publishing?
