Why do people's hub score fluctuate when they have done absolutely nothing?
I have had some sign ups via referrals, but these people have signed up and have done nothing. Not even created a profile. How in the world can their hub scores fluctuate between 15 and 35 without having any hubs, asking no questions, and being totally non-existent and inactive? I just don't get it.
If you read the FAQ about HubScores you will see that is what they were designed to do. They will never be static.
