Can same image be used on another website and Hubpages?
If image is approved for use, the copyright allows me to use it, but its already used on another website by somebody else, can I still use it on Hubpages?
Unlike written content, you can use images anywhere you like, as long as you meet the conditions required by the owner (attribution, backlink etc).
If you look around Hubpages, you'll find my writers use the same stock images.
