Ranking And Traffic

    Hi Guys (First Post On the Forum)

    Can I improve my Hubscore by driving more traffic to my Hubs from outside sites and the like?

      This is a great way to improve both hub scores and author score not to mention providing you with traffic that might actually click on ads, earning you money! Hubber traffic is great as we lot will do stuff like make comments, this adds to the richness of the hub but we do not generally click ads as we don't want to upset google hmm

    To be honest, your Hubs (from what I have seen) are landing pages, created to drive traffic to a specific website.  HubPages has designed their system and algorithms to purposely downgrade rankings on Hubs built like this, and even driving external traffic to your Hubs may not result in much of a change in your HubScore.

    I have to agree with Relache.  I work on the internet and affiliate marketing is my program of choice.

    The key is to use Hubpages properly.  Using it the wrong way will get you know where.

    Using it exclusively for sales will get you no where.
