How do I know what hubs are making money on Amazon
Im making a little money on my Amazon program. and can see what products that are selling but how do I find out what hubs they are being sold through?
Amazon has never ever provided any sort of stats that would let you identify what pages a sale comes from. However if you are using relevant, targeted product recommendations, you should be able to take a reasonable guess at what Hub sold an item.
However, Amazon shoppers have long been known to buy whatever it is they want to buy, and it could be something totally unrelated to any Hub at all. You'll never have a clue with that stuff.

I made two hubs and both were rejected -I can understand that. What I do want to know is if the site can make money for me, and if so, how can I do it?
