When reading online articles like those on Hupbages, what type of articles do you read most?
Fiction? Nonfiction? Self Help? General help around the house, yard, with family, etc.? Religous? Educational? Help with writing skills? Or something else entirely?
i like recipes, self help, book reviews and of course computer learning. Great question.
I like book reviews, true human interest stories, folklore, true animal stories, religion, and history. This is probably just a few of my interests. Many times I read the summary and if it catches my curiosty, I will read the rest.
My favorites are traveling, crafting, environmental protection. From hubs about traveling I can learn and enjoy places without visiting them in person. Crafting give me inspiration how to recycle used things/materials so that they can have added or economic values which is good in helping protect environment.
I particularly enjoy fictional stories, long or short. It's always a joy to me to discover how other people write and I am often amazed at their creativity and if I can get caught in the story, even better. I also relish historical posts, especially related to World War II, travel testimonies, some poetry, I try to stay away from religiously and politically flavored posts, as they're usually going nowhere, in my opinion. Thank you for a very good legitimate question.

Is HubPages a learning website for writing online articles? Some say the Main site will fall to the wayside as the Niche Sites become more successful of least in acquiring views. Thus, less importance. It is apparent the Main site must remain to vet new articles for the Niche Site. But, is HubPages...

I really wish HubPages would implement a simple English test before granting membership to new hubbers. It would save people wasting their time. I'm sure it could be automated. And I realise that some will copy and paste, but it might weed out some of the really bad ones.At the very least, a notice...

Just wondering - how many people are beginning to add MFP (Made For Pinterest) images to their work specifically aimed at getting pinned? For example an image related to the article, along with the article title, so people are more likely to click back and visit if they have an interest.

I'm new to writing and would like some feedback on any of my articles. I'm trying to complete 5 article for HP's "boot camp". These are 2 of 4 completed. The more success you've had with HubPages the better, but as a novice, I would appreciate anyone's...
