It varies considerably, but usually several. At the most, probably one per day of the week. Lately, I have been trying to go for quality over quantity.
My sample is small, but so far one every day and a half, IOW 20 in 30 days.
I would love to write more, but can take out little time for online work--say about an hour or two. So, I am happy if I can manage one hub per week.
I write one a month more or less and I'm totally ok with it. In the beginning I wrote one a week but I put quite a lot of effort and time in one Hub so I write less now.
it depends on time i have on the last 3 days i wrote 3 hubs after a 3 months with no hubs.
I really wish to write more, but at this time I only get to write one a week. I need to work on a writing outline to improve my stats. ^_^

I have just started, so I dont expect it in the near future, but how many hubs, or how many months before you start making money? How much traffic is considered to be good traffic? Right now I am getting about an average of 75 hits per day on 4 hubs. Is that good? What...
