What Is The Most Profound Thing You Have Read on HubPages?
While some Hubs have blown me away regarding the knowledge that they impart, it was actually a discssion in the Answers forum that had the most profound impact on my thought processes. Someone noted that the only thing that really separates modern mankind from wild animals is our knowledge that we use and pass on, which is why education is so important. Woah! That's pretty basic, but also quite deep.
Rock...I've read so many many hubs and a few have been profound or at least made a statement or two that hit me like a ton of bricks, as you described in your comment above. Naturally at the moment, because I'm trying so hard to remember,....hmmm, I can think of several of Vincent Moore's Poetry.....his poems in which he speaks of his youth and less than pleasant home life......Rahul, also writes so PROFOUNDLY and passionately of LOVE. Wayne Brown's Political Hubs have some profound facts that blow me away and I appreciate so much, because I need to be more politically informed......Wayne really KNOWS the Political world.
Wesman Todd Shaw wrote a hub on (Winnie?) Mandela that was shattering to me.
If you'd have only asked for the FUNNIEST......I'd go to any one of Thoughtsandwiches hubs immediately...especially his hub on Orphan hubs....I nearly died that night, of not being able to catch my breath! I admit, I am drawn to the "funny" hubs............Good question, Rock!

Do you more experienced Hubbers believe writing about controversial topics like politics hurts or help your page traffic? For example, if you disagree with someone's political Hub, will you not visit their other Hubs?
