How long should a good hub be?
Could a hub be too long and worth shortening?
I could be any size. Don't finish until everything is said. An ideal one is around 500 words or something. There's no hard and fast rule though.
Make your hub attractive by integrating pictures and audio, whenever and wherever necessary...
I have hubs that are well over 2000 words and I'm wondering if this is hurting me or helping me. That's why I asked the question.
I don't think its' gonna hurt you in anyway..as long as your hubs are interesting to read...
I try to keep mine between 1,000 words and 1,400. I found that 500 is too short and usually those short ones end up with zzzz's on them and I have to revise them later by adding more to them. I usually don't go over 1,400 words or so, although a few of mine might be around 1,600 words. It depends on the topic.
I think 1000 words are enough to explain any topic clearly.

I am wondering what the ideal length is for a successful hub. Any feedback would be appreciated.

How Long Should I spend Writing a Hub?I feel that spending over 2 hours per Hub is possibly a little too much, so if anyone has any suggestions to how long the average hub should take, please leave a response! Thanks!

My latest hub is almost 1400 words. Is that too long? Is it difficult to read? Let me know what you think. Thanks!http://hubpages.com/hub/Thomas-the-Tank … er-Railway
