Following the discussion "Is Your Hub Copied On One Of This Blogger's Blogs?" told me about a third party blogger who was stealing hubs without permission and using it as means to earn money. Many who commented mentioned reporting the blogger under DMCA. My question is if the blogger was hosting his site using a non-US hosting service, can he still be forced to take down his blog? Can the DMCA applied against him?
