How do I get my hub score to go up?
The score for my hubs range between 55-65. I'm fine with that. However, my pic hub score has dropped all the way down to 1. Yikes! It was in the 12-14 range when I joined a few days ago. So is it normal for a newbie to have a score of 1?
Mine keeps dropping as well and I confess I don't really understand why. I will be interested to see the answer to this as well.
Try to be more active on hubpages. Answer questions, comment on other hubs, write more hubs, follow some hubbers, etc.
You will definitely want to participate more on the site. Read and comment on hubs. Leave thoughtful comments.
Also, I looked at your profile. Your hubs are not all showing, which likely means something is not featured. You can change that in your settings so all your hubs show. They all seem to be about the same book? You will want to have more variety to attract followers.
Go to Explore-Answers, answer some questions everyday. At least 5. Then, go to your account- select Hup hopping, the little green frog on your top, left-hand. Leave some comments at least 5-10 per day. I am sure your hubscore will go up tomorrow. Best of luck!!
Try to be active on Hub page by following activities:
- Try to create interesting questions
- Try to answer different questions
- Read others hub and give genuine comments to it
- Write hubs on various topics
This will surely increase your hub score
I did notice that it is starting to go up. Did this by frog hopping, answering question, and posting comments. Right now, I am doing a hub a day. I am not sure if I will keep that though.
Quality is more important than quantity, so don't feel pressured to turn them out everyday.
The only reason why I am able to do one a day for now is I had these written out already. Once I go through these, it will more likely be an average of a hub a week

I don't worry about hubscores as long as my hubs get featured the first time I hit "publish". I know the score can start off low but can steadily climb over time. Curiosity has finally gotten the better of me...
