when you earn $ from hubpages, do the amounts just build up every month until you can meet the limit to get a check? I'm making change right now. I just wonder if the earnings from prior months roll-over, or doe they at some point expire? Thanks! Also, any tips on SEO or getting this revenue up would be appreciated. I'm still a blogging newb! I need to focus on better content.
They roll over and over and over again for until and if they ever reach payout.
A few years ago, I had stopped writing for a bit. Because I had not written in a certain amount of time,, I lost all earnings. I think if you close account, and not have payout there, you lose those earnings.
I have not found any updated info on those issues.
Bishop55, Your earning will be continuous as long as your hubs are featured on hubpages and as long as your are getting views and earnings will rollover month after month till you don't reach payout thrush hold ($50).
To increase view and earning you have to do keyword research, need some one page SEO and interact with hub pages community. I read your hubs, they are original and informative but there is lack of Keyword use and SEO.
Keyword research and SEO is a vast subject I can't explain here but I wrote a explained hub on getting continuous traffic and keyword use, you can refer it and surely you will have an idea about that.
Thank you! this reply is a huge help! I will chk out your hub. I know the chances of getting a 2nd income are small, but it's still fun to earn money doing something I enjoy. And I really want to learn SEO, and more about keywords.
SEO has changed a lot since the Adsense updates. Some of the OLD advice on keywords can get you Google-smacked, so be careful.
yah...I'm kind of afraid of losing any earnings now. I don't want to lose them even if I take a break from writing for awhile. that does not seem fair. I'll see what a hubpage rep has to say about that.
