      My response-

      1) Don't put all your eggs in one basket.
      2) Don't provide all services, as one service.
      3) Don't put the highest cost products first.
      4) Don't break any rules or laws.
      5) Don't be dishonest with yourself or others.
      6) Don't be everything to everyone.
      7) Don't be someone you are obviously not.
      8) Don't act before thinking.
      9) Don't have low margins on products or goods sold.

      Just a collection of thoughts.
