   I'm new here, and am so lucky to have stumbled upon this thread!
   
   I'm so impressed and inspired. Obviously, the main ingrediant to being successful is hard work.
   
   Nelle, if you're still keeping up with this thread, I have a question: on your blogs, which I'm assuming are on blogger, right?, do you get a custom domain name or just go with the blogspot url?
   
   A lot of pros on other forums stress getting a custom domain name, but I wonder if it's worth the trouble!
   
   If anyone else has any comment on this issue, fire away.

   I use blogspot blogs a lot. And now I have started using https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp … es/blogger to monetize them as well as use them for backlinks. I am in the process of designing a series of "nelle websites" where I do own my own domain. See my profile for examples of that. I have always done everything I could to make money. I have dozens and dozens of personal sites of all types.

    Congrats! Did you find your "buy...online" hubs had really high conversion rates? I was looking at those and you have a few hubs that I'm positive must earn some consistent Amazon income.

          You are an inspiration to all of us Nelle! I wish I knew your secrets. If I was earning that I'd be very happy as that would pay all my bills every month and leave enough to live on, if I was careful
          Still...just gotta keep writing. Am still waiting for that hub that will 'take-off', as other here seem to have experienced.

    There's no secret - just keep writing hubs and find your inner seller. But really keep writing hubs until you find out how you sell stuff and then sell some more.
