Why don't I get notifications when people I follow, write new hubs?

    Why don't I get notifications when people I follow, write new hubs?

    I don't seem to get notifications when people I follow write new hubs. Isn't notification there in such cases?

    You need to go into your account settings and edit them.  I get a daily notification email with all the new hubs from people I follow, but I believe you can get an individual email for that if you check the right boxes in the settings.

    I use to get ALL of these notifications. It seems others are having the same problem. Maybe a glitch that needs to be fixed.

      Then I hope it is fixed because I see the hubs from the people on a casual browsing but do not get notifications when they publish their article..

    Sometimes notifications are put up in the spam folder by filters. Check spam mails also for possible notification from HP.

      Hi wqaindia,

      I did check my spam and did it for the past one month but no notification mails from HP was received. In fact, some other notifications directly from HP comes to my inbox, so I am curious about the hub notifications... Thanks anyways!
