It would promote more forum activity. The ads for questions are at the very bottom. It wouldn't be that bad.
How would it promote forum activity? The forums are already busy enough anyway.
Not to mention, that would require a lot closer moderation of the forums, as they'd have to abide by the Adsense "family friendly" terms.
They should monitor it for appropriateness anyway.
Bottom line. It rewards HubPages users for posting content and giving this website free SEO.
