Just click on "my account" tab and you can see your unpublished hub, then click on your hub, after that you will find edit/delete/stats options. Now you can delete it.

Hub is published or unpublished , just go to the Hub and you will find three options edit, stats and delete on top left of the black box. You can do whatever you like but why do you want of delete an unpublished Hub. In case you have no time to edit it try it when you are in good mood. Deleted Hub can not be recovered but unpublished hub is visible only to the author. Take care not to provide link to the hub unless and until it is published otherwise the visitors will have a 404 Page does not Exist message.

you can do that, by going to your account and click the in progress hub then at the heading there are three option buttons (Edit, stats and delete). Choose delete and after a while it will automatically be gone.

Just open the unpublished link from your "my account" page. At the top of the page you will find three buttons. One of them is the delete button. Click on it to delete your unpublished hub. It's as simple as that.

If you don't like your published hub then you just go to your
My account settings after that click on that hub which you want to delete just open it and after that click on edit button. A editing window will open you just have to click on delete my hub and your hub has been deleted within 24 hours.

If you go to the hub, you have the option to publish it, edit it, or delete it.  If you don't want it, you can delete it.

Go to the "my account" page which lists your hubs. Click on the hub you want to delete (the title, not the edit link). The page you get gives you the option to delete the entire hub.

After you delete the hub it should show a line through it on your account page.

On your account page where all your hubs are listed with their stats, click on the title of the unpublished hub.
You will go to the hub page for that hub and at the top of the page, there is the word 'Delete'.
This will enable you to delete your hub. It will still appear on your account page for around 24 hours but will have a line through it.
If you change your mind in this time period, you can undelete it again.
If not, it will disappear once the 24 hours is up.

You have received the answer to your question, but I'm wondering WHY you want to delete an unpublished Hub???  If it isn't published yet I'd leave it alone until I wanted to finish it or to at least work on it.  I guess it you never want to publish the Hub, you can go ahead and delete it.  Just make sure you really want to delete it.
