Does anybody else notice inconsistencies with HubScores?

I have always thought that HubScores were off but now I am certain.  If writing a series of hubs I will create a new hub so that the title is secure. (I had a hubber steal one of my titles in the middle of a series once). Anyway, One of these blank hubs (which has not been touched since its creation over a month ago) has a higher HubScore than a couple published hubs that have comments, up votes and actual words and pictures in it.  In fact hubs not published, worked on or looked at change their score. What is going on?

I totally agree. I have hubs with thousands of views scored lower than say a hub with mere hundreds of views. I agree it is a mystery to me as well.

I see this a lot, too. My highest viewed Hub has over 36,000 views, but a HubScore of 76.

I have another question... it's sort of related, so I'm posting it here...
Can your profile score (or whatever the number on your picture is called) go into negative numbers? Mine was at 50 yesterday, and I've slowly watched it decline, and it's 2
