By misconception of the converstation, is there any way to get him unbanned as I am aware now that it was not a personal attack as I though?? PLEASE HELP.
yes, but I made a mistake. And now I feel really really bad.
If you are concerned about an issue like this then you really should consider emailing Admin rather than posting it at this stage. The advice you got from your Grandma was to help you weigh up your options before you jump (so you don't feel bad after you break your neck )
As Jason has stated; there was another reason for the event. But if (as Crazed has said) it isn't the same party; then email Jas with your concerns directly - rather than posting. (Then you won't feel so bad and you don't increase the problem for the other party).
He was banned for Hub self-promotion, which he continued to do despite us snipping a link and warning him not to.
He's talking about the other guy misty, not the one you thought attacked you...I don't know if I should put his name or not
To be clear: no one can "get" someone else banned. The most you can do is flag something so one of us moderators can take a look. If we don't agree with your flagging, nothing is done. If we do agree and the usual penalty is banning, then we would have done the same if anyone else had flagged the violation.
When in doubt, flag, but first consult the forum rules to see if the behavior is one we consider a violation.

I see so many of you guys bicker in this forum over religion that quite frankly, it's nuts. I mean, we're supposed to be a site of writers, but we act like babies just because someone chooses to believe in god or doesn't. seriously, when will it end? is this how you people react when...

First of, I don't really know what I'm talking about, or to be more specific, I don't know the name of what I am talking about. But thanks to a few hubbers on here, I have taken to backlinking the easy way.
