Which incidentally was a wig, due to the radio and chemotherapy
Confused, she lit that joint from her pocket with the gun lighter. She drew in a deep smoky breath and
"I shouldn't have had a joint on top of all those hallucinogens! Oh, ohhhhh! what is that crawling up my leg"
"Why it's a tiny Ashton Kutcher! Mannnn I lovvved The Butterfly Effect, but please stop climbing my leg because my tights are laddering."
Then she
realised that she was totally off her head! The world was whirling, she was seeing butterflies.. she was a butterfly!
Her multi-faceted eyes were absorbing the colorful spinning world around her and she could see her monarch wings lazily flapping next to her. She felt like flying off somewhere, so she
did. Only 'plonk', it was just an illusion. She found herself in a big, mucky
puddle of mud that dragged her legs down as she struggled to free herself from
the grip of the piano bench. "Oh my, is that mud all over my floor? or is it
another illusion? "I have mud spluttered on my pretty dress from that car that went by. It splashed all over me. Yuck!"
just drove through the wall of my room! Oh why does everything happen to me? Now I'll have to
how much she smokes in the course of a day, but it's incredibly
confusing. Getting stoned, she thought, doesn't make for a good story - it just gets too trippy. Those weeks in rehab only taught her to roll a better joint.
She realized that her best skill was rolling spliffs so, she started to
do that but then she thought maybe things will get better if I go to a meeting. Yes, that's what I'll do she thought. She got dressed and started down the street to the nearest AA meeting and at the corner
she thought... 'why am I going to AA, I don't have an alcohol problem!' These drugs were really messing her up, so
she decided to stop at that little Italian restaurant, the one with
Denno, she said when she saw him, Thanks for the great weed, but what was in that drink you slipped me last night? I've been hallucinating all day, and worse my
I may need to tell the Dr what was in that drink if I can't come down soon." Denno looked at her with surprise, "But I didn't even
Ella always knew that Denno was a drug dealer. She was prepared to pimp for him because she loved him so.
But this was way too weird - "Well, Denno baby, I have been hallucinating up the wahoo all day and no one else I know has those kinda drugs. You musta done something! THINK!" She sat down and ordered the ravioli and a glass of red
wine. Cabernet was her favorite. This place had the best Cabs in town.
She tended to forget how much she drank before she would hop on her bike and mow down the neighborhood cats
and with those wild drugs tripping through her body this was not the time to try to quit drinking. When the ravioli finally arrived she
Strange" thought Ella, "those dogs don't look much like they used to. They look more like
so I shot the idiot who got too close to giving my boxers vomit
Ella lay in a pool of her own blood staring up at the first person person . . . "how
on Earth did I think that feeding dogs puke was a good idea?" she spat
Ella crawled under a table where she could more closely examine her wound. "Oh goody, only a flesh wound! I can still go to the club!"
She flagged down a yellow cab and jumped in the back."Quick, take me to Club Joy Boy A Go Go - and there's a big tip in it for you~!"
The cab driver's name was Aloin Beaajrk and he was from Columbia. "Pleeese, you are so deelicious in that jump suit. I even love the blood. Pleeese, let me just give you a big tip!"
so she told him to pull over quickly, she really wanted to get her "Big Tip"
