Is there anyways to change/ratify a question which is already published here?
As far as I know, there's no way to edit a question once you've already posted it. But you can entirely delete a question or close a question that you've asked. You can also delete comments or answers from that question. Just go to a question that you've asked. At the top you'll see these buttons - "stats", "delete", "disable ads", and "close question". Hope this helped.
You can either delete or close the question, but cannot change it.
