Why can't HubPages list our followers according to the date they follow?

It will be easier to check through the list. Or list them in alphabetical order.

I think it would be nice to be able to sort the list by either of those categories.

They do seem to be in some sort of order. When I compare my "Followers" and "Following" lists they are in more or less the same order. This allows me to check fairly quickly who has unfollowed me if I open two windows with Followers in one and Following in the other. Also, there is no need to keep checking these lists. On your profile it gives the number of followers you have. If this number goes down for whatever reason, then it's worth doing a check. I had one guy unfollow me simply because he's a Christian and I'm not. I guess that level of tolerance is what can be expected though.

Sorry for this late response. I will try as what you had suggested by opening two window and compare. Thanks

Maybe that suggestion can be made. Alphabetical would be logical and maybe have the date below the name?

This question was asked at least 2 months ago, yet there does not seem to be a reply from HubPages staff.
Is it that difficult to allow us the choice of sorting  alphabetical/date/latest or oldest, etc.?

When I see my number of followers has just increased, I would like to just be aware of who has joined the list.....

I agree with you that HP should shed some light on the matter. On who had just follow you, HP will send you an email to notify, but will not, if someone unfollow you
