I have been tring to move the 'egg' motif from where it is on my hub to alongside my main text capsule and i've wrecked the text capsule!

I just don't get Darkside's instructional hub, detailed and correct as it is.

Basically i'm trying to get an image to the right of my text and i don't understang the "toggling" instruction!

Please help and give me instruction even i could follow!

    Thanks

Not sure what you mean by "egg motif".

    But try this...

Have a Photo Capsule and then a Text Capsule. They can be empty.

Click on the right pointing arrow on the Photo Capsule.

Has it moved? Has it sat itself right next to the Text Capsule?

You're talking about repositioning the capsules, right? eg, you want a picture capsule alongside a text capsule?

The positioning of the capsules can be done one of two ways: There's a 'map' for want of a better terms alongside the hub when in edit mode. You can use this to pull a capsule into position. Then hit the reorder button to get it to move. This is especially useful if your hub contains a lot of capsules.

If you want that capsule to sit alongside another one then you have to use the arrow keys on the capsules themselves.

The right pointing arrow key will make the capsule half-width. You may have to use the up and down keys to get it into position. If you try this before you put in your content the whole hub will most probably look a little wonky. It can be a good idea to do your text before you add in pictures , ebay, Amazon and video modules, because it'll give you an overall better idea of how the end product will look.

The best thing to do is experiment until you get it looking the way that you want it to.

What do you mean "wrecked the text capsule"?

Assuming you have loaded your image into a photo capsule, move the photo capsule until it is just above the text capsule you want it to be beside.

Then go to the top of the photo capsule, and click the arrow that points right.

The photo capsule will "toggle" to half width, and drop down beside the text.

I also wondered what you meant by wrecked. If you place a picture alongside the text then it will change the layout of the text, whether it's a good change or a bad change is up to you and may need a little experimentation.
