Does hubtivity 'activity' increase your personal profile score?
Hubtivity is just a report of various activities, depending on what settings you opt to view.
If you'd like to know more about how HubPages calculates your HubScore, you should read the FAQ entry on that,
if you're messing around in the Sandpit Forum , it won't affect your score though. One word association games don't make an impact for those who thought it might.
participating intelligently (intelligently being the key word there) in the forums and rating and commenting on other hubs is the kind of hubtivity that will help your score. leaving one word answers or comments just to raise your post count in the forums won't do you any good.
If you become an asset to the community, your score will reflect that. Likewise, if you do community no-no's, your score will reflect that as well.
Yes. It is a better way to introduce and make people aware of ourselves and the hubs.

It would be nice to be able to selectively block updates to individual forum posts from Hubtvity. This would allow us to check out genuine hubtivity without having to scroll through screen after screen after screen of updates to posts like "Word Association Game........chicken".

Hi! I haven't been in these forums for a long time. I was just wondering why some of my activity in Hubpages don't show up in the Hubtivity section. Like when I comment on people's hubs, one comment shows up in Hubtivity while another doesn't. Has this happened to anyone else?
