I change my passwords frequently, so I'm protected. Its a good, safe idea.
Helpful hints, never use a password with your child's name, mother's maiden name, dog or cat name. Why - take a look at frequently asked questions in forums or Facebook quizzes...often times forum questions ask "what is your dogs name" or you may mention your child's name in a hub or forum post. Adding numbers and symbols into your password helps to ensure its safety!
