Can you help me set up google+ authorship?
In my webmaster tools, it says that "Authorship is set up for this webpage". Authorship rel=author Markup has successfully established authorship for this webpage. HOWEVER, the Authorship Email Verification has not established authorship for this webpage.
I want my photo to show up in google search results next to my article to complete authorship. Please help me. I've followed the steps, read the hubs, so what am I missing?
Glenn Stok has a great hub about this How To Claim Your Authorship with Google. Very easy to follow and understand.
Melinda, I had the same problem because my email address isn't the same as my domain address on my personal site or HP. Google is looking for email@example.com, which we don't have here. There is a way around it, tho. Go into this link: https://support.google.com/webmasters/a … 8986?hl=en and choose option 2: Set up authorship by linking your content to your Google+ profile.
