They can't be withdrawn, only paid into a PayPal account. When you reach $50, the month after that you will be paid via your PayPal account on the 28th. So if you reach $50 on the 30th of November you should get paid on December the 28th. It take a little getting used to, but it is fairly straightforward.
Earnings are not withdrawn. They are deposited into the Pay pal account that you must affiliate with HP. Once you reach the 50 dollar threshold, the money will be transferred into your Pay pal account on the 28th of each month. Depending on when you reach the threshold, there may be a 28 day waiting period. Say you reach it on the 20th of Dec., there will be a waiting period and you will be paid on Jan. 28th. Hope this helps and good luck!
