"Association disabled by You or by Google Adsense for TOS violation". I applied for it and I did not violated any rules...
You probably need more content. I got this message also. They say that, but basically you weren't approved yet. Don't get discouraged. Just keep writing in about a week try again
i am facing the same problem too. i think this may be due to the age of the hubpages profile. hubpages profile must be atleast 6 month old and atleast there must be 15-20 hubs most of which must be of 6 month older.
You have 1 hub so far and I STRONGLY recommend that you have at least 15 before reapplying. Google Adsense looks for high quality hubs that drive traffic to your site. Check out the Learning Center and read the hubs there. They have a tremendous amount of information to help you with your endeavor.
