If you write a review about a site can you include a link to it?
I'm not referring to a referral link. I'm just talking about a generic link.
I don't think that would violate any rules unless the site contains material which goes against HP's own TOS. In fact, I think most readers would rather have the link so they can visit the site if it sounds like something in which they're interested.
