Participate in the site more that just in the QA, and write more high-quality, long-format content.

I don't think we have control over our hub score.  It goes up on its own.  That has been my experience.  You must be new.  Also the suggestion for more content is good.

Yep I have had it for a few days now. I have started posting every wednesday. I'm a poet so I don't know how to improve on my work.

I looked at your hub pages profile. I notice you are new to hubpages (welcome!!!) and the few hubs you do have are poems. Since you are new I suggest you just keep on writing hubs. This may be discouraging but I notice that poetry is not as popular as how-to hubs (food recipes, diy projects) and hubs on fashion, beauty, technology or games. This sucks and your poems are nice!!! Perhaps you can write things other than poems (you still can write poems) just switch things up. I write hubs mostly on astrology and just like poems, astrology really isn't a popular topic on hubpages!!! You are a college student so perhaps you can write about college, things you learn from the classes you are interested in, etc.
Also perhaps you should ask questions more, comment more on other people's hubs and participate more in the forums. That way you can make friends and spread your name around!!!! Anyways good luck!!!

Thank you. I will consider that for my next hub. I can add a little information to my hub for the reason behind each poem. Maybe little stories.  How do I participate in forums? Or look for other hubs?
