If we want to start a new account do we have to have a new email addy or a new IP?
If so, how do we do that?
I think you need a new email address and username since use those details to log into HP.
All you will need is a new email address. You can have as many accounts as you want with the same IP, you just need a different email for each. Of course when signing up you can't keep your same name. However don't forget to sign up under your referral tracker.
I have two accounts with the same email address. I use a different moniker for each one (Watergeek and Sustainable Sue) and I sign in with a different password for each. But my email address is the same.
