Hi Hubbers, this is Gary,
I'm new to hubbing and will need some assistance in advertising my hubs.
For instance; When I put in the URL for the web address in the topic section,
it does not comes out right. Does anyone have a few minutes to inform me
of this proceedure?
I'm not sure exactly what the problem is. When you title your hub, the URL is automatically created below, and you can edit it as you see fit. However, all hubs begin with http://hubpages.com/hub/......., and that's already filled in for you.
Hope that helps! Welcome!
Thanks for your assistance, I know this sounds confusing, and to me it is worst.
You see what, I'm trying to do is; In the subject line, which is the first space, I'm
putting the subject, and in the second space, I'm trying to place the URL but
the system says no forward slashes, and the URL is,
" http://www.alluvmegames.com" So how should, I place it there?
The second space is where your hub's url will be generated.
Additionally, if you are writing a hub solely for the purpose of advertising your website, please don't.

I have noticed that when I open up some hubs to read that there is a # symbol at the end of the url. What does this mean - is it anything to do with the idling/pending/whatever they are calling it this week business? And why only on some hubs?

When I posted the Amazon capsule I was not asked to enter my Amazon associate code in the posting process. How do I make money if the product...
