How can we vote on comments?
Why is it that the comments in the forum are not "voted" upon? Some of the comments are so long and the discussion goes on forever and sorting through this makes me leave.
I prefer HubPages forums but after being on Google+ and LinkedIn enjoy the votes of who found this comment helpful.
In the forum there is no voting, under answers there are voting icons with thumbs up or thumbs down.

For ages, older site members have stated thumbs up/down on hubs does nothing; it does not even change hubscore. In that case why do we have it? Does it do anything?
