Preferred Method / Form for FTC Disclaimer for Bloggers and Video

    With the new regulations from the FTC about product endorsements and reviews, is there recommended language for us hubbers?  What format - what capsule is best - text right aligned.  Can we place it at the bottom?  I read a couple of the articles on this topic but I am seeking precise capsule and recommended language. 

    Obviously, if no product is mentioned, shown, there is no concern.

      If the product was bought then there is also no concern.

      The only concern is if you were given cash or other incentive to write a review.

        Tell the truth and no disclaimer is needed. It's really that simple.

          Honesty is the best policy, but if you get given an incentive to do a review, a disclaimer is needed.

    It seems like OP really doesnt understand the new FTC rules sad

    I would be very surprised if many Hubpage users with these kind of questions are actually receiving free products/ promos and whatnot..the ruling has no relevance to you
