Editbot, which apparently has chosen to edit all my readers' comments on my hubs, which I find insulting, ridiculous, unnecessary, and invasive.
If you go to your Account page, there's a key all the way at the bottom that tells you what each symbol means. Just hover over the symbol in that area, or click on it, and it will explain what the symbol means.

Updated hub got marked with NFQ symbol--why?
