With the new announcement that HP will have specialty domain sites affect you writing for HP?
Nope. The people who own and run Hubpages know a hell of a lot more about how to do business online than these silly authors around here do.
I'm just hoping they do sites that fit my particular content.
Nah. I'll just keep on truckin and let the bean counters behind the scenes do their thing.
Not at all. I have not written anything since last summer 2015. I am in the process of recovering from a bad case of Congestive Heart Failure with a week's stay in the hospital, so I should be back near spring 2016. (I bet you wished that I had just answered yes or no, huh?)
Good to see you Ken and prayers are with you. I read of this a way's back in the forums and think about the Fibro with that. Keep on Keeping on. I am just now writing again because wellness stuff too.
Feb. 4, Thanks, Tim. I tell you. This bout with Congestive Heart Failure was as close to shaking hands with the Grim Reaper as I wanted. But with the mercy of God, I am getting better daily and will return soon. You keep on turning out great hubs.
Never. I do believe it will inspire you to produce more niche content, on the other hand.
I'll keep writing on topics I'm interested in so it's business as usual.... 2-4 hubs a month covering mainly literature, EFL and travel.
I'm aware of the pressure on HP staff to keep the site alive and see this latest attempt as a response to the 'content farm' mindset of Google? Do I fully understand any of the technical/logical reasons for having these new special domains?
No way!! I just write!

I am really not liking the front page of Hubpages these days. When I first click in to HP, I see a list of the five top questions and articles. It usually something about politics or beliefs. First of all, is that what...
