    How do you do block quotes on Hub pages? I've seen it on articles but can't figure out how to do it!

    Block quotes? Not sure if I understand.
    Do you mean not allow comments?
    If so, you can always delete comments, but you can also remove the comment capsule in edit mode. Just click the  red X in the upper right corner of the capsule.

      No it's when you put a block of text beginning with oversized quotation marks - for example there are some in the following hub:

    You seem to be referring to the CallOut feature. When in edit mode you have probably seen the Insert Capsule feature. It is on the left in blue. If you look at all the options you will see the last one on the right is CallOut. That capsule will offer you the ability to put in a quote. There are three options for the CallOut.

    Colorbox
    Classic
    Quote

    Choose Quote and place your text in the box and then save the capsule.
