All you have to do is click 'Start a Hub,' and then type in your title. If that title isn't already taken you just move on to categorizing your hub, and then selecting a layout template. Then you are done. You'll have a blank hubpages page to write and customize.
Wesman has the answer for you. I would add make it short and proofread it carefully more than once before moving to the next step. Once you move to the next step, you set the title (URL) in concrete, errors and all. Been there, done that!

After I typed title with misspelled word, I tried to immediately fix it before I went further. It won't fix it as, it has in past. Is it best to unpublish if it happens again?
