Who is Vetting the "Admin Denied" Comments?
I just checked my comment filters and I have TONS of comments from readers on various articles asking questions pertaining to the articles, many of which have been admin denied. I understand that many get denied for leaving urls, but a bunch of these don't even have urls. Is it a keyword thing? Some of the questions on my pregnancy articles contain the word "sex", would this be a reason to vet comments? It's kind of disappointing for me to see so many great comments and questions with no way to approve them because engaging with my readers is important to me.
There are words that are filtered for using being connected to spammy content. For example the word sex. Out of all the articles on hubpages there are very few where the word sex is appropriate in the comment.

For years I have been diligent about responding to questions left on my hubs. But now I've discovered comments are being published on my articles without appearing in my Comments section, so I look like I'm rude and ignoring readers who go to the effort of writing.Today I spent ages waiting for...

Is there any way to reapprove admin denied comments (particularly old ones)?I understand wanting the comments in our articles to be of high quality, but I don't personally see a problem with a slight...

I just saw something I find very disturbing. A HubPages employee published a comment that I was making a decision about on my hub.Our moderation of comments on our hubs can be overridden by an administrator. A comment I'd set aside trying to decide if I should publish it on the hub or not was...

Iv'd recently had two articles denied from Owlcation. The first is a book review (I read on another forum that that's where book reviews should be submitted, although it doesn't make sense to me). The second is a photo play-by-play of an nearly extinct bug working in my yard, The American Burying...

I just learned that administrators will publish any comment we don't promptly decline so moderation will not protect hubs from abusive comments if we are away from HubPages for more than a few days. How can I get the automatic approval suspended when I go to the hospital to protect the hubs used in...
