Why are hubs labeled as overtly promotional whence they contain only 1 nofollowed external link?
Related to policies at Hub Pages for external Linking.
Unsure how to specifically answer the question. Here is a link to the FAQ where they state what 'Overly Promotional' means. Maybe that will help?

Overly promotional doesn't just cover external links. It also covers content, and the tone of your writing. If the article is simply a promotional piece for your business, or whatever entity you're writing about, it can still be considered overly promotional, even without any links at all.

yeah thats right, some of my hubs are labeled duplicate. whenever i put Bible verses (specially those famous ones like John 3;16) after publishing. its a duplicate. . . . . .sometimes i just need to change it.
