    Will internal linking of related hub pages and adding links from Wikipedia be seen as promotional?

    I link internal articles, they pass the QAP swiftly. I'm not sure if there is a limit to internal linking, but I have read the articles of experienced Hubbers who have several internal links.
    Linking to Wikipedia is not essential. You must be already defining about that subject/topic in your article. I believe it's covers enough that way.
    Besides, everybody knows Wikipedia. When in doubts, and when they need more information, people are smart enough to use it without your having to give them links.

    Links, today, are to be relevant to the content. Related is not always relevant. In other words, I write a Hub about rebuilding a carburetor. Linking to a Hub about cars is not relevant, even though related. So, if another Hub is directly relevant to the content where the link is it should not be a problem. Also, if it is simply used as a suggestion to read another article by the author, then it is promotional. A hint is the big give away is the title of the referenced article by the link. If the title is suspicious of not being related or relevant then it will likely be seen as promotional.
