Need to update titles/subtitles to APA title case. I thought I did!

    Here's the article in question: https://hubpages.com/relationships/How- … gy-of-Love

It may seem like an easy question, and I am sure I am missing something simple... But, I heard from the hubpages editor that the reason the above article cannot be moved to a niche site at this time is due to a few simple reasons. In the e-mail the editor said:

"-Please update your titles and subtitles to APA title case."

I went through my article closely multiple times, and cannot find where I don't meet APA guidelines. To be sure, I ran the article's title and subtitles through the simple online tool https://capitalizemytitle.com/ and made sure it was set to APA guidelines. Everything looks fine but HubPages still says there's an issue.

Can anyone help me out here? Thank you so much!

I believe prepositions (like "with") need to be capitalized in APA.

Thank you Christy! I will give that a shot and see if that was the issue. I was racking my brain!

I've noticed that editors always capitalize 'to'. I wouldn't, but they seem to like it.

Thank you for the hint! "How To..." just looks so weird to me!
