Combining several poems into one article

   What is the best way to go about doing this? Should I simply start a brand new article and delete the existing articles as I write the new one or two? Is losing the copyright going to be an issue? I'm not too concerned as I don't think any of these poems have really been read that much, and they have never been plagurized to my knowledge. They are also almost 6 years old, so I'm thinking an update and some fresh information is definitely in order. I do not believe they rank on Google, so losing rank should not be an issue either.
   
   Would it be better to use one of my existing articles to keep the copyright date? Either way I feel this is going to be quite the lengthy project. I'm just trying to figure out the best way to do this. I have I believe 7 poems that I could combine into one or two new articles.
   
   My poetry was written for myself, but I think if I adjust the title/s and add more thoughtful information I could possibly get some better traffic/earnings from them. I know poetry does not do well, so I'm not expecting much, but I would still like to try and bring these articles up to standard and get them moved to letterpile, and I feel the best way to do this is to combine a bunch of them together. They are all related, and most of them are fairly short. I'm wanting to organize the content into a story of sorts, the poems kind of tell the whole story when together anyway so that part should not be too hard. I'm just not sure where to start the new article.
   
   I currently have all poems in a word document and plan to go from there as far as organization goes. Word count is right around 2400, which I feel is a good number. There is some information that will get deleted, but I also want to add some new thoughts so I expect the final word count to be very similar. Does this sound like an okay plan? I don't want to waste my time, if the new articles would likely not get moved to letterpile.

   No,you don't have to. I do that on a regular. Most +190 articles are poems. What I do is blend them up. I write the first a paragraph and the last a paragraph. Sometimes I just keep it straight forward
