I just finished writing a new article at the end of which I wanted to create two Amazon capsules to feature two products directly related to the article. When I clicked on Amazon I get an error message that says:

"Something went wrong. Please try again. And when you get a chance, you may want to report this issue in the Hubpages forums"

I tried again and again but I keep getting the same error message.

Has anybody encountered the same problem? What do I do?

Email the team and tell them you're having this problem.  It's likely a tech glitch.  However, placing two Amazon ads on one article might be your problem, especially if you are not using in text ads and/or don't have enough words in the article to meet the ratio requirements of ads to words, which is 300 words per ad, maximum.

I am having the same problem. It's not because Daniel Mollat wants to post TWO Amazon capsules.  The error message pops up as soon as we click on Amazon. It doesn't know how many products we want to show. This has been going on for several days now.

Is everyone still experiencing this issue?

Yes, you are right revmjim, just posting the first Amazon ad already gives me the error message. By the way, I have more than 2,000 words in the article I just wrote yet I get the error message.

Christy, I just tried to create an Amazon capsule and it's still the same problem. I got the same error message as of two minutes ago.
