    Okay, so I’ve been trying to make an account on Amazon Associates. I’ve completed all the steps but they can’t verify my identity. I’ve entered the correct phone number and I’m getting a call too, but when I enter the PIN displayed on the sceeen, they’re unable to identify it. Thus, a verification error occurs. Am I doing something wrong or what? Please help.
    I’ll be thankful smile
    P.s we enter the PIN on the touch pad that we have during the call right? (I know it’s a lame and silly question)

    I'm not sure how the verification procedure works. Usually, you enter the code you hear on a website.

    They display a PIN number on the website and call you. You need to enter that number while on the call using the touch pad. I’ve done it but it’s not working.

    Does it require a hashtag at the end of the pin?

    I didn’t see any instruction stating that. There was just a 4 digit number that we had to enter on the call.
