    Hi all,
I am a newbie here. I have few quick questions..
1)Can a single published hub fetch me money?
2)I cannot configure the settings of any of the the hub
pages ad program since I am asked for at least 10 featured articles by Google Adsense to sign up successfully. In that case ,can a single hub fetch me money?
    3) Should I wait for more published hubs to start earning?
Any help in this regard would be helpful. Thanks for your time in advance...

Adsense is the basic source for creating income because without it, HP cannot pay you through their ad program.  Write ten good articles that make it to the niche sites and then apply for Adsense.  Once you are accepted, you'll begin to earn.

I know of one writer years ago who had 10 million views on one article, but this is rare.  Furthermore, she could not have earned anything on it (other than Amazon income) if she had not had an Adsense account.

Do you have an amazon.com account? If you are writing about products which you know well, and have an amazon account with Hubpages, and have amazon links in your hubs prior to adsense approval, then it is possible you could earn commissions from amazon before your adsense is approved.

    1. It is highly unlikely. Over the years I have only seen one account (that I can recall) that had a significant amount of viewers with one article. It was a breakdown of cheats for a new and popular game, and nothing like it was available, so it got many views overnight. Most accounts build up slowly.
    2. Without adsense, those page views do not count for anything. As Wesman points out, you can also add some Amazon capsules and links and earn in that way, but unless you get a lot of views those sales are going to be minimal.
    3. You are unlikely to get many views to start out so you are not missing out on much. Wait several months, publish something at least once or twice a week, and then apply to adsense when you have been here about six months. Are you going to lose out on a few dollars? Yes, you might. Your earnings after having been here, and written a decent amount of hubs, is probably going to make up for that.
