      Welcome back, Carrie.

I shall be interested in any answers and suggestions you get. I have several hubs that could do with a good spring clean.

Things have changed a lot, so you might need to get yourself back in the groove. There are tons of excellent resources in the Learning Center: https://hubpageshelp.com/

Broadly speaking, Hubpages is now split into many networked sites, and Hubpages.com itself is merely a holding site. The aim is to write/edit articles and have them moved to one of the network sites where they tend to attract more traffic. Just click on the HubPages logo at the top left and scroll down to see a list of the new sites. Clicking on the name will take you to their front page. Have a browse around so you can see the standard that HP is looking for these days.

Carrie, as theraggededge mentions there are some great niche sites now. They get good traffic, much better than HP main site, so if you want to start getting views you need to edit your hubs so that they can be moved to a niche.
As you edit each of your hubs, look at the best performing articles on the appropriate web site and make sure your article fits the requirements there. Once you have finished your editing, you can submit it to HP and ask that it be moved to that niche site. (You can only submit one about every 15 days.)
It will probably take a great deal of time to edit all of your hubs but you probably be pleased wtih the results.

Use the button you mentioned in another thread.  You can only do one every two weeks.

There is a bar at the top of the hub 'submit to Hubpages network site".
You can only submit one every 15 (14?) days, so about twice a month, but since most of the older hubs are not being looked at for the niche sites it is a feature well worth using.
