    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article Letter Writing Procedure. What can I do to improve? Thanks!

Don't put the intro paragraph in subheading font.  Review the use of subheadings at the learning center.  Take out excess space between paragraphs.  Actually, the entire thing is bit of a mess.  You need to make sure it is in good shape before trying to publish it. Go to the learning center and read up on what it takes to publish an article o HP   https://www.simple-car-answers.com/

I also took a look at your article.

The title is 'Letter Writing Procedure' but immediately you inform the reader that this is for the benefit of lawyers, so your title must reflect that too.

The writing is very waffly and loose. The first paragraph says that a lawyer needs to be good at letter writing in about a dozen different ways big_smile

So this is supposed to be useful for trainee lawyers, yes? Then why write it as though you are addressing 12 year old kids? I would have thought that most of the information you give in the first couple of paragraphs is superfluous.

Then you give information about writing general letters and the lawyers seem to have been forgotten. It's confusing. Is this about legal letter writing, or is it for anyone who needs to write a letter?

Like Natalie says, you can't use subtitles to write paragraphs.

You need screenshots or images of actual example letters/parts of letters. The only image you have looks like it is copyrighted and therefore illegal to use. As someone advising lawyers, you should know that you can't breach copyright.

Remember when writing about writing in any form, your own writing has to be perfect in order to maintain credibility.

The article ends abruptly. There's no conclusion.

    Hope that helps.
